About Me

My business career began shortly after graduating with a degree from Mankato State University - MN, in Physical Education with a minor in Corporate Community Health and Fitness.  I began working as a Personal Trainer and loved being able to help my clients meet their goals.

I entered the Real Estate Business in 2005.  I have never sold a home let alone shown a home, but I have managed 100's of listing and closings for teams I have and continue to work for. I have always enjoyed and thrived on working on the administrative side of Real Estate. 

Shortly after entering the Real Estate business I began teaching a few classes to our offices.  A light bulb finally went off that there is a need for Top Producer/Real Estate Systems training.  In July of 2008, I began writing The Automated Agent.  In January of 2009, Agent Breakthrough Consulting was launched.

Business is my passion - I enjoy every aspect of building systems, models and standards to grow businesses.
